Here is breakdown of everything we got:
Carrots, onions, a rutabaga, and a turnip from Silverbrook Farm. Garlic from Spring Brook Farm. Tomatoes from The Herb Lyceum. A 'small' brisket from John Crow Farm, and Truffle Pappardelle from Valicenti Organico.
After shopping and chatting with some of our favorite vendors we decided to grab lunch by the SoWa Vintage Market at Roxy's Grilled Cheese one of our favorite local food trucks! We were pretty hungry too, as between Gail and I we nearly devoured 3 grilled cheese and a basket of truffle fries! We enjoyed our feast!

I most certainly did! Hit up the Somerville Winter Farmer's Market at the Armory and picked up my Meat CSA share from Stillman's Farm. I am very excited to eat all the delicious looking pork! I got a bunch of cutlets. I also got a picnic cut that I will definitely be smoking.
Elwood!! I like the Somerville Market, and love the building. The armory is such a gerat space! I like to split my time between 2 or 3 winter markets, I enjoy supporting the variety of vendors and im weird like that.
Let me know what becomes of the smoked pork!!
