Another week, another small, but appreciated harvest. The chive blossoms I mentioned yesterday came attached to some great chives! I also trimmed some Kale leaves off a few of the plants. Not a ton yet, but enough for a bowl of kale chips! We also ended up with a few small radishes that were crowding out their brethren and had already popped themselves out of the ground!
Radish .75 oz
Chives 2.55 oz
Kale 3.25 oz
Total for the Week 6.55 oz
Total for the Season 10.05 oz
The garden is teeming with life and the signs of harvests to come!

I have yet to try kale chips! They sound like a delicious treat!
I've got a friend who just LOVES kale chips! Nice harvest!
I need to try kale chips too. I have plenty of kale so there is no reason not to do it!
I have never had kale chips!
Love kale chips! Our kale is gone until fall, but we will make more then for sure.
I'm definitely going to have to try kale chips this fall. I totally forgot to make some with the overwintered kale in the spring.
I have my first kale and definitely plan to make some kale chips! I can't wait!
Oh yum kale. I'm not growing any right now, but some will go in mid to late summer so I'll have it for the winter. At least I hope it will get big enough by then.
Wowza! So much attention all because of Kale chips.
I've been slowly cutting my Kale plants down. A few leaves per plant at a time so I can get small batches of Kale chips until it gets too hot. Then I get to start over again in the fall.
Thanks for all the comments and Kale love!
